The Delegation of Philippines is composed of Philippines and India. It was established on the24th of April 2013 under the General Government of the Hospitaller Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

It has Communities and Centers for children with mental disability, Centers for Mentally Challenged and provides Educational Assistance to  children from less fortunate families ages 3-21 years old.
